Bruce and Joanna are an amazing team and really make the on-line learning experience that much more enjoyable. They keep you engaged and we’re very thorough and explained the concepts of water restoration at a very easy level so anyone could follow along! Going into the course, I didn’t think I would’ve been able to learn as well as I did. When I was in school it was always hard for me to learn and I was a little nervous going into this course. The teacher did a great job at explaining the information and always kept us attentive. Bruce interacted with us a whole lot and made sure we understood what was going on. Overall it was a great experience and I enjoyed the 3 day course

Bruce held a great class! They were engaging and interesting. I liked how they kept the class together with comedy and split into groups for us to complete tasks. Good class I would recommend they to anyone taking this course. Funny enough I had a A/C condensate line clog at my home 2 days after this course and was able to mitigate myself because of the course so thanks guys!
